Terms & Conditions for the AuCoinX Loyalty Program
1. Introduction
Welcome to the AuCoinX Loyalty Program (the "Program"), where we reward your purchases with points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. By participating in this Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your participation in the Program, including how you earn and redeem points, and other important details regarding your membership.

2. Program Overview
The AuCoinX Loyalty Program allows you to earn points with every eligible purchase and redeem them for discounts on future purchases.
2.1 Points Earned: For every RM1 spent, you will earn 1 AuCoinX point.
2.2 Point Redemption: You can redeem 200 points for a RM1 discount on any eligible item in your next purchase.
2.3 Minimum Points for Redemption: There is no minimum point balance required to start redeeming points for discounts.
2.4 Expiration: All points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.

3. Enrollment
3.1 Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in Malaysia.
3.2 Account Creation: To participate in the Program, you must create an account with Aurum Xchange Malaysia online.
3.3 Automatic Enrollment: If you already have an account, you will be automatically enrolled in the Program once these Terms are accepted.
Note: Membership in the Program is free, and no purchase is required to join.

4. Earning Points
4.1 How Points Are Accumulated:
For every RM1 spent on eligible purchases, you will earn 1 AuCoinX point. For example:
- If you make a purchase of RM100, you will earn 100 points.
- If you make a purchase of RM50, you will earn 50 points.
4.2 Eligible Purchases: Points are earned on most products and services available online, excluding taxes, shipping, or any non-qualifying charges such as gift cards, discounts, or special promotions.
4.3 Ineligible Purchases: Points are not earned on:
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional codes used.
- Sale or clearance items unless specified otherwise.
- Any taxes, shipping, or handling fees.

5. Redeeming Points
5.1 Redemption Formula:
- For every 200 points you collect, you can redeem RM1 off your next purchase.
- There is no minimum point balance required to start redeeming your points. You can redeem your points at any time.
5.2 How to Redeem Points:
- Points can be redeemed on our website at checkout page.
- You will see your point balance and the corresponding discount at the time of checkout.
- Your points will be automatically deducted from your purchase amount during checkout once you opt to redeem them.
5.3 Point Redemption Limitations:
- Points can only be redeemed on eligible purchases. Certain items (such as clearance or sale items) may be excluded from point redemption.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or used to pay for taxes, shipping, or other non-product-related fees.
- Points can be combined with other discounts, special offers, or promotions unless specified otherwise.

6. Points Expiration
6.1 Expiration Policy: Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned. After the 1-year period, any unused points will expire automatically.
- For example: If you earned points on October 1, 2023, those points will expire on October 1, 2024.
6.2 No Refund for Expired Points: Once points have expired, they cannot be reinstated or refunded. Points must be used within their expiration period to be eligible for redemption.

7. Managing Your Points
7.1 Tracking Your Points: You can check your point balance at any time by logging into your account on our website or app, or by asking a staff member in-store. Your point balance is updated in real-time after each eligible purchase.
7.2 Inactive Accounts: If your account remains inactive (i.e., no point-earning or redeeming activity) for 12 consecutive months, we may classify the account as inactive. At our discretion, we may suspend or terminate inactive accounts. Unused points in inactive accounts may also expire, so it is recommended that you periodically use the program to keep your account active.

8. Program Changes and Termination
8.1 Modifications to the Program: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the AuCoinX Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to how points are earned, redeemed, or the expiration policy.
8.2 Termination of Membership: We may suspend or terminate your membership in the Program if you violate any of these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse of the system, or if we determine that your participation in the Program is compromising its integrity.

9. General Terms
9.1 Program Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the system, create false accounts, or engage in fraudulent activity to accumulate or redeem points will result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership, along with the forfeiture of any accumulated points.
9.2 Limitation of Liability: Aurum Xchange Malaysia is not liable for any technical issues, system errors, or failures affecting the accumulation or redemption of points. We are also not liable for any errors that may occur during transactions or point accumulation.
9.3 Data Privacy: By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may use your data to communicate with you about your membership, points balance, or special promotions related to the Program.
9.4 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws in Malaysia. Any disputes related to these Terms or the Program will be handled by the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
